Booking for Groups If you're coming with a group of
friends, family, or colleagues, you can choose one
or more VR rooms to accommodate everyone. Our VR
experiences are designed for small teams, but if
your group consists of more than four people, simply
book multiple rooms simultaneously and divide into
smaller teams. This way, everyone gets to enjoy the
excitement without waiting!
Arriving on Time To ensure the best possible
experience, we kindly ask all players to arrive at
least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.
This allows for a smooth check-in, briefing, and
preparation before stepping into the virtual world.
Please keep in mind that late arrivals will result
in reduced gameplay time, as we need to maintain a
structured schedule to accommodate all guests.

Good to know:
- Please, arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced play time.
- You can adjust the number of players per room, as long as you maintain all your booked rooms. We will adjust the price accordingly.
- Cancelations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Canceling less than 7 days before your game will require you to pay the full price.
- When booking an event, a party room is provided.
- Groups of up to 12 can play simultaneously for 75 minutes, up to 24 for 2 hours, or 36 for 3 sessions totaling 3 hours.
- We suggest wearing lenses and bringing a change of T-shirt, though it's not mandatory.
- Children up to 14 years old and students receive a 20% discount upon request, available all days except Friday and Saturday. Applicable for groups of 3+. Online bookings with the discount option will have the discount applied at the venue.
- Gift cards are valid for one year.
PRIVATE PARTIES
VR Games Zone offers unique VR experiences you won’t find anywhere else in Oslo, making it the perfect destination for a fun day with friends, family, or special events like birthdays, bachelor, and bachelorette parties. Enjoy thrilling team-based VR games and unwind in our lounge area with PlayStation 4. After your session, you can use our private dining room for 30 minutes to enjoy your own food and drinks, but please note that availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our spacious and comfortable venue includes a lounge area, a meeting room, and a small kitchen. We provide free water and can prepare coffee upon request, and guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. Please note that our meeting room is limited to one, so it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
